If your item arrives damaged, you may request a return or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order.

A description of the issue
Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

Change of mind
Ordering the wrong item or variant
Minor delays caused by shipping carriers
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer or are not in their original condition

Refunds

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
